All our fresh pasta is made from scratch without the use of eggs and using exclusively high quality flour imported from Italy.

Ingredients:

Semolina flour, Water, Mushrooms, Ricotta (almond, water, rice oil, salt).

PERISHABLES. KEEP FROZEN.

ALLERGENS: WHEAT, ALMONDS.

COOKING INSTRUCTION:

  1. bring to boil a pot of water

  2. add salt

  3. add a drizzle of olive oil (no necessary)

  4. take the ravioli from the freezer and cook in boiling water

  5. after 2 1/2 minutes the pasta is ready to be mixed with your favorite sauce

  6. mixed for an additional 30 second with your sauce and enjoy.

RECOMMENDED SAUCES:

  • Burro, Salvia e Pepe (Butter, Sage, and Pepper): The ideal condiment to avoid overpowering the flavor of mushrooms, especially porcini mushrooms. Simply melt butter with fresh sage leaves until lightly browned, then add a grind of black pepper.

  • Olio, Aglio e Prezzemolo (Sautéed Garlic with Olive oil and Parsley): Un'opzione semplice che richiama la preparazione classica dei funghi. Si può completare con un filo d'olio a crudo e un pizzico di sale grosso per intensificare il profumo.

  • Crema al Tartufo (Truffle Cream): For a gourmet experience, add a touch of truffle cream or oil to the white base, and for a pleasant crunch, add some chopped and toasted walnuts.
