Potatoes, Gluten Free Flour (Rice, cornstarch, tapioca, millet, plant fiber, sugar, salt, monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potato, ascorbic acid).

COOKING INSTRUCTION;
bring to boil a pot of water
add salt
add a drizzle of olive oil (no necessary)
take the Gnocchi from the freezer and cook them in boiling water
after few minutes when the gnocchi start floating, they are ready to be mixed with your favorite sauce
strain them and enjoy. Buon appetito!!!
