


Eggplant Parmigiana
Our Eggplant Parmigiana is a revisited of the classic Italian version.
Unlike the traditional Parmigiana ours it’s not fried, but grilled. Also it’s not served on layers, but rolled on our homemade almond ricotta and served in a delicious marinara sauce.
Ingredients:
Eggplant, Almond Ricotta (almonds, water, salt, rice oil), Tomato, EVOO, Onion, Garlic, Basil, Salt.
PERISHABLES. KEEP FROZEN or REFRIGERATED FOR FEW DAYS.
ALLERGENS: ALMONDS.
